Masala Veggie Roti Roll

   Blend coriander, green chillies, garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth green chutney. Set aside.

   Heat oil in a pan over high heat. Add the broccoli florets and soya chunks, stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until charred at the edges.

   Add the green chutney, cumin powder, and chaat masala. Toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes until well-coated and fragrant.

   Warm a roti, spoon the filling down the centre, roll it up tightly, wrap the bottom in parchment paper, and serve immediately.
