Marshmallow Hot Chocolate

   Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming — don't boil.

   Whisk in the cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt until fully dissolved. Add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.

   Stir in the vanilla extract. Taste and adjust sweetness. Pour into a large mug.

   Pile on a generous handful of marshmallows and dust with cinnamon. For toasted marshmallows, hit them briefly with a kitchen blowtorch. Serve immediately.
