Mango Float

   Whip the heavy cream with condensed milk and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

   In a dish, layer Marie biscuits in a single layer, then spread a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture on top.

   Scatter a layer of diced mango over the cream. Repeat the layers — biscuits, cream, mango — until you run out of ingredients, finishing with mango on top.

   Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) so the biscuits soften into a cake-like texture. Slice and serve chilled.
